The State of California has announced the YCAL rate for travel from Santa Barbara to San Francisco.  The newly contracted fare is available for booking now through the UC Travel Center (formerly known as UCLA Travel).
YCAL rates are fully refundable, unrestricted airfares that are not subject to limited seating.

The following rates reflect one way fares for travel in either direction of the city pair:
.  YCAL -- Santa Barbara to San Francisco - $370 ($740 round trip)
.  VCAL -- Santa Barbara to San Francisco - $279 ($558 round trip)

We are continuing our discussions with United Airlines and Santa Barbara Airport in lowering these rates.
