What is The Direct Bill Option for Airfare and when do you use it?

Connexxus preferred provider Services are accessed through the home page of Connexxus web portal. There, travelers and preparers can explore the whole universe of online booking options using Cliqbook and Getthere. Or they can talk to travel prfessionals--UC- knowledgeable agents at BCD Travel and UC Travel Center.

What is Connexxus? Connexxus is a secure Web portal for booking University business travel which automatically applies UC negotiated rates with savings of:

• Airlines: 2% to 33%

• Car: 15% to 30%

• Hotel: 10% to 40%

• Rail: 15%

Through the Connexxus travel portal travelers benefit from these preferred supplier value added services:

• Provides the user with trip reservation options

• Convenient individual traveler profiles

• Saves time as a single source for air, car and hotel reservations

• Has built in guidance for UC travel policy compliance

• Automated UC Business Traveler Insurance enrollment

The Connexxus portal provides travelers and arrangers continually updated information about available services, options, security regulations, etc.
